RFP/RFQ for Fencing at K9 Mastery

K9 Mastery, a dog training, boarding, and daycare facility, is in need of installation and replacement of containment fencing for livestock and dogs and is accepting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to find a qualified source to provide it.
Goal is to provide save and reliable containment for a variety of animals, but primarily dogs. Fencing should be durable and strong, not allow dogs of any size to climb out or go through the fence, and provide a professional appearance to those visiting the property. Project location: 414 Walnut Creek Rd. Bastrop, TX 78602
The scope of the project entails removal and disposal of existing fence, installation of fencing, gates, and any other materials required to insure containment of dogs and livestock within fenced areas. Project should be turn key with no additional modifications needed for containment of animals.
2776 ft total of fencing needed
*15 ft needs removed and not replaced
* 185 ft of privacy fencing needs to be removed and replaced with 8' high fence
*96 ft of new 8' high fence needing installed where no fencing currently exists
*318 ft of current high fence either needs to be replaced with high fencing that has smaller squares (2"x4" or smaller) or new fencing needs to be added along the bottom 4' of fence because current fence has spaces too large in the weave that allows dogs to put their heads through the fence and small dogs to get out of the fence
* 1,762' of various field/livestock/barbed wire fence that needs to be removed and replaced with 8' high fence
*400' of current 4 ft high 2" x 4" square fencing needs to be modified to 8' high or have 8' high fence run along it to add height
*6 new 8' high gates need to be added
