Mobile Dental Trailers and Optometry Sets
The United States Army Reserve Medical Command has a requirement for ten (10) Optometry Sets and eight (8) Mobile Dental Trailers (COMPLETE WITH GENERATOR). This is a one-time buy with performance in six (6) cities in Missouri and Alabama. See solicitation for periods of performance for each specific location. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS Code - 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees; SIC - 7352, Medical Equipment Rental Contractor shall provide ten (10) Optometry Sets, and eight (8) Mobile Dental Trailers, supplies and equipment as described in the solicitation.
The solicitation number is W81K00-15-T-0258. The solicitation will be available on/about
5 June 2015 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 6 July 2015. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
