US Army DENCOM - Professional and Ancillary Dental Services
This is a modification to the pre-solicitation notice (synopsis) posted on 10 OCT 2014.
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation to procure professional and ancillary personal services to provide dental services to eligible beneficiaries of the military health care system in support of the Army Dental Command (DENCOM) for performance within the Continental United States (CONUS) to include Alaska and Hawaii. These services are to be performed by doctors in the disciplines of General Dentistry, Endodontists, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Ancillary support includes Dental Hygienists, Dental Therapy Assistants, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Assistants, Dental Laboratory Technicians, Porcelain Ceramist Laboratory Technicians, Dental Ceramo-Metal Laboratory Technicians, and Dental Assistants. Health Care Providers (HCPs) will work under the control and general supervision of the Dental Activity (DENTAC) Commander and/or Officer-in-Charge of the Dental Clinic, or his or her representative. One solicitation will be issued for this requirement; however, two separate contract awards will be made from this solicitation. One contract will be for Region 1-Central/Pacific Regional Dental Command and the other one will be for Region 2-Atlantic Regional Dental Command.
This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. A pre-proposal conference will not be held for this requirement.
