Foundation Communities is requesting qualifications and proposals for wayfinding and signage.
We have a unique opportunity on our current Burleson Studios project to take a more systematic and holistic look at how we approach wayfinding in our properties, especially our supportive housing, to better integrate into the design and support the well-being of our residents. Our goal is to develop a unified framework and system for our approach to wayfinding and building signage going forward and implement the system at Burleson Studios. The project design is an ideal prototype to develop the framework. Going forward, we anticipate smaller design scopes to adapt the designs to subsequent properties, using the selection from this RFQ.
We welcome any questions. Please send questions to me by Friday 12 September, and I will share all questions and responses with all invited firms. Finalists will be notified by 26th September, and we will set up interviews (possibly to be held at one of our other similar communities) during the last week of September. Installation at Burleson Studios is anticipated for June 2026.
