This RFP aims to provide potential Contractors with the information required to prepare a proposal for consideration by VCHA on behalf of FQHCs to determine a single source awardee capable of best fulfilling the laboratory services needs for VCHA and member health centers.

As a recipient of Federal funds under Section 330 of the Public Health Services Act, VCHA and FQHCs are required to adhere to all applicable federal procurement rules and regulations and other program expectations of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Cooperative Agreements and FQHCs programs. Respondents are encouraged to become familiar with any special procurement rules that may affect their response to this RFP.
