RFQ: UPDATE AND ENHANCEMENT OF "Staying in Balance" ONLINE SELF-PACED TRAINING
This is a Request For Quote for the update and enhancement of the "Staying in Balance" online self-paced training program. Developed by Vibrant in partnership with an external vendor, this five-module training was initially designed to support managing workplace stress. Given the evolving needs of our workforce, we recognize the necessity of updating this training with the most current research and evidence-based strategies.
Project Overview:
The 988 Lifeline Wellness Team is committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of the 988 Lifeline Network workforce, which comprises crisis contact centers across the country. Our goal is to create and host an updated, focused version of the "Staying in Balance" training, tailored specifically to meet the needs of this national workforce.
Project Requirements:
To achieve this goal, we seek a partnership to:
>Update existing videos and interactive elements (such as quizzes, worksheets, feedback surveys, etc.).
>Incorporate elements specific to the 988 Lifeline workforce, with content and information provided by the 988 Lifeline Wellness Team.
