The Association to Preserve Cape Cod Inc. (APCC) is soliciting proposals for: planting vegetation at
Sesuit Creek Marsh (Dennis, MA) to enhance marsh recovery and support ongoing marsh restoration
efforts. The requested scope of services will be implemented in accordance with the restoration
planting plan (by others) designed to enhance recovery of Sesuit Creek Marsh, and conditions of all
local and state permits (by others). Please refer to Section 1.5 - Project Scope of Work - for the
detailed service requirements to be included under this solicitation.
APCC seeks an experienced and qualified ecological-landscaping firm(s) ("Contractor") to complete
plantings of Spartina alterniflora at the Sesuit Creek salt marsh. Tasks include the acquisition of S.
alterniflora from a reputable supplier, oversight of plant transport and delivery as well as plant
management and maintenance prior to planting, plant installation, execution of actions required to
reduce disturbance to the marsh during planting, and any site remediation following planting.
