Goodwill Industries International (GII) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a project to establish a foundation and design for implementing digital wallets / learning and employment records (LERs) for the people employed and served by the Goodwill network. This project will include competency mapping, curriculum analysis, and job role analysis, as well as detailing a plan to implement LERs.
