RFP Brief for Evaluation and Technical Assistance
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) (Prime Sponsor) has issued a Solicitation Number 280-22-0592 (Solicitation) for the "State Program Improvement Technical Assistance (TA)." In anticipation of responding to this Solicitation, EDC is seeking a responsible firm to assist with evaluation and technical assistance to support the recipients of the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant (SABG) and Community Mental Health Services Block Grant (MHBG).
The selected Offeror will be contributing to EDC's response and assist EDC in creating a proposal as described in the Solicitation from SAMHSA. A brief description of Offeror's expected capabilities is described in the "Minimum Requirements" section below.
