The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (MAOF) is inviting qualified architectural firms to submit proposals for professional design services related to the potential replacement of an existing modular childcare facility and associated site upgrades. The scope includes evaluating the existing 1994 modular building and site infrastructure, identifying necessary improvements, and ensuring compliance with City of Los Angeles regulations, Head Start guidelines, and other applicable codes.
The selected architect will lead the effort, providing design consultation, regulatory analysis, cost estimating, and compliance support to assist MAOF with project planning and decision-making.
