Pulmonary Function Testing System
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for equipment and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and written quote being requested.
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for two (2) Master
Screen Body Plethyamography and Diffusion Pulmonary Functions Testing (PFT) Systems to include equipment, training, software, installation, and services. This is a specific name brand requirement for the CareFusion/Vyaire Medical Company. A complete listing of the salient characteristics will be found in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). See Attachment 2 for the Sole Source J&A document.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 423450 (Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers) with a business standard size of 200 employees.
This requirement is a small disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set aside.
