The on-site inspector will develop, maintain, and submit construction monitoring reports throughout the duration of the project. Monitoring reports are to be submitted to USDA Rural Development, Architect, Owner, and Owner's Representative on actual performance during construction. Proposals should highlight relevant past projects, technical capabilities, and the expertise of key personnel, particularly in working within tribal jurisdictions and adhering to federal, state, and tribal regulations.
