Notice of a Request for Proposals
Technical Assistance and Administrative Services for the HOME-ARP Program

The Mobile County Commission is requesting proposals for professional services consisting of comprehensive technical assistance and administrative services in developing and administering the County's HOME-ARP (HOME Investments Partnership Program - American Rescue Plan) Program

The County serves as lead agency of the Mobile County Urban County made up by nine municipalities. The Home-ARP allocation is $2,190,303.00 and anticipated program income is currently unknown.

Proposals to the County must be submitted in accordance with the detailed Request for Proposals, which may be downloaded by visiting the County's website at https://www.mobilecountyal.gov/grants/requests-for-proposalsapplications/. Proposals must be submitted via electronic mail by noon CST May 31, 2022 to Nayyer Mahdi, Director of Grants Management at Nayyer.Mahdi@mobilecountyal.gov with a copy to Gordon Bauer, Grants Administrator at Gordon.Bauer@mobilecountyal.gov.

Neither this proposal notice nor the acceptance of any application shall imply a funding obligation to any applicant. The County reserves the sole right to approve or reject any and all applications on such basis as it deems to be in its best interest. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process. Any questions concerning the RFP must be submitted in writing to Nayyer Mahdi, Director of Grants Management, Nayyer.Mahdi@mobilecountyal.gov and copied to Gordon Bauer, Grants Administrator, Gordon.Bauer@mobilecountyal.gov.
