Description:
This is not a solicitation announcement but a Source Sought Synopsis for the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) Number W912L1-18-R-0004. Pursuant to FAR Part 10 - this is a market research tool being utilized for informational and planning purposes.Interested sources should respond to the questions presented within this announcement. This notice shall NOT be considered a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation(RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) nor does responding to this SSS guarantee or exclude your participation in the forthcoming acquisition process. Any information provided by the Government under this notice is preliminary and may be updated or changed prior to release of the solicitation. The Government will NOT award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor will it be liable for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a response to this notice. All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned.


Synopsis of required services: The TXARNG requires support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and Fully Medically Ready (FMR) - Soldier Readiness Check (SRC), Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), and Mobilization Support throughout the state for non-personal medical and dental services that are performed Texas statewide and on the majority of weeks are multiple events (Avg 4) at different locations. The information received from this SSS will be used by the Government as a preliminary planning tool for the purposes of obtaining information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621498.


It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor www.fbo.gov for additional information, to include future information, pertaining to this requirement. The anticipated release/solicitation for the upcoming requirement is schedule to be released late May 2018.


Please provide the following information to support your company's ability to perform this work:


1. A capability statement that explains what type of work your company has experience in performing
(licenses) limit 3 pages. Please provide information on whether your company can fill multiple requirements within 24-48 hours notices. Also, please be sure to list your business size status, for example whether your company is a small business, 8(a), HUBZONE, women owned, small disadvantaged business, veteran owned, large business, etc.


2. Past performance in this area including (3 within the last 12 months):
• Contract Number, Type of Contract
• Length of contract
• Customer: (Agency or business), Contact Information including Name, Address, Telephone Number, and
Email Address.
• Description of Work
• Contract Dollar Value
• Date of Award and Completion (including extensions)
