The Geauga County Department of Job & Family Services (GCJFS) is soliciting proposals from qualified media/advertising/marketing companies to develop and implement a dynamic recruitment campaign for our social services division. Proposals are sought from qualified companies with proven expertise and preferably experience working with local government entities or non-profit organizations that serve the community in a social service capacity.
GCJFS is a county social service agency in Ohio providing child protective services, work and family assistance programs, child support enforcement, employment and training services, and emergency services to the residents of Geauga County.
Our mission is "supporting self-sufficiency and family stability with compassion, dignity and respect."
GCJFS places an emphasis on improving our recruitment tools and increasing community awareness of the importance of child welfare profession. The COVID-19 Pandemic and the current economy has made it incredibly difficult to find qualified and competent child welfare workers. We are hoping that with increased visibility and a dynamic and engaging message that we can raise awareness and recruit more successfully.
GCJFS is seeking a dynamic, engaging, and informative recruitment campaign to be conducted through digital media, social media, television commercials, and any other means suggested by the successful respondent. GCJFS seeks a campaign that will reach potential recruits within a 45-mile radius of the Agency. The campaign must not only advertise the current openings at GCJFS but also deliver key messages that emphasize the: (1) crucial role that child welfare plays in the community; (2) the impact that child welfare can have in the life of a vulnerable child.
GCJFS seeks the most cost-effective way to achieve the project's goals. We are interested in the respondents' ideas for content and approach in achieving these goals.
