Solicitation Number FA301618U0210 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 and in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.3 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC), No. 2005-99, Effective 16 July 2018 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20180629 (Effective 29 June 2018) Edition.
This requirement is being solicited on FedBizOpps as brand name or equal and as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing which has a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees.
The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for brand name or equal Bionix Electromechanical (EM) Torsion Test System, Manufacturer: MTS Systems Corporation, P/N: MTS Bionix EM in support of USAF Dental Evaluation & Consultation Services (DECS), Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC), JBSA Lackland, TX 78236.
