Java web application refactor project

We have a Java servlet web application hosted by AWS that was built on a custom framework in 2000. It is deployed in a CentOS EC2 with an Oracle RDS. We want to modernize and standardize our application to use Spring and Hibernate with our existing Oracle schema.
We are looking for an experienced programmer to begin this project, and to complete some portion of the full application by September 1, 2022.
