Prentice Place RJ WDP LLC (Owner) is an apartment community developed under the Section 42 Low Income Tax Credit Program and is requesting proposals ("RFP") from qualified Colorado Licensed Plumbing and/or Mechanical Contractors, to remove and install approximately 30 to 40 new 50-gallon power direct vent water heaters, with all necessary near piping, venting, and new expansion tank. Connecting using existing vent chase, gas line, combustion, and electrical connections, for the property located at 8300 E. Prentice Avenue, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 ("Property").
