The City currently provides comprehensive Health and Welfare Benefits coverages for its employees, including the following employer-paid plans: Medical, Dental, Term Life/AD&D, Long-Term Disability, Employee Assistance Plan, and Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plans. Employees are also afforded the opportunity to participate in a variety of voluntary, employee-paid benefits, which include Vision Insurance, Supplemental Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability, Cancer Indemnity, and Legal Access Plans.
