Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan (GSSEM) is excited to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a comprehensive Feasibility Study and Needs Assessment for our innovative Community Hub concept. We are reaching out to invite you to submit a proposal.
GSSEM is committed to enhancing our community engagement and providing exceptional services to our members and communities. The proposed Community Hubs aim to serve as central points for our activities, offering a range of programs and services that support the development and empowerment of youth in our region.
The purpose of this Feasibility Study and Needs Assessment is to:
Evaluate the viability of the Community Hub concept.
Identify the most appropriate areas for Community Hub locations.
Identify specific needs of our members and the wider community.
Develop strategic recommendations for the implementation of the Hub.
We are seeking a firm with a proven track record in conducting similar studies, preferably within the non-profit sector, and with an understanding of youth programs and community development.
