Enabling Technologies for High-speed Operable Systems (ETHOS)
Two IDIQ contracts with a $10M shared ceiling are anticipated. Two initial Task Orders are planned for $200K each. The primary purpose of the program is to mature a preliminary Dual Mode Ramjet design to a critical design level, construct the DMRJ test article, and perform both direct connect (DC) and integrated free-jet testing. Design and develop state of the art solutions (components and architectures) pointed toward DMRJ integration. Proof of principal demonstrations to evaluate potential for residual testbed capability to develop critical path technology for advanced propulsion systems.
