Dental Services - Atlantic Region
The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) – Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP), task order to the incumbent, InGenesis Arora Joint Venture, for a 12-month period (31 Mar 2017 through 30 Mar 2018) for continuation of dental services in the Atlantic Region in support of the Dental Directorate, US Army Medical Command. The statutory authority permitting acquisition of this requirement by other than full and open competition is 41 USC 254(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements).
InGenesis Arora is the only responsible source capable of satisfying the Dental Directorate’s requirement for North Atlantic Region’s dental services on 31 Mar 2017 as InGenesis Arora has the necessary management, labor pool and security clearances in place to ensure successful continuity of services. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 621210 with a size standard of $7.5M.
