2025 Field Administration for Forest Restoration Work

The Nature Conservancy (TNC), has partnered with the MN DNR, Lake County, St. Louis County, and the US Forest Service on forest restoration projects in Northeast Minnesota. TNC has grants and other funding to contract restoration work on lands managed by the public agencies. We are requesting bids to provide field administration of our contracted tree planting, brush saw site prep, brush saw release, blister rust pruning, and browse protection work on partner lands for the Fall season. In addition to managing work crews in the field we are requesting that the field admin contractor provide additional support services such as loading supplies and delivering supplies to sites, recon, GPS-ing, and flagging of sites prior to work, collecting data pertaining to work accomplished, and reporting data back to TNC. The Field Administration contractor will be required to have a $2 million liability insurance policy with TNC, and MNDNR named as additionally insured.
