This action is to incoporate the AN/ALR-56M Advanced Radar Warning Receiver ship sets and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs)under DLA umbrella contract SPE4AX-14-D-9497 (formerly SPM400-06-D-9405) for one pricing period through 30 Dec 2015. The following are not commercial items. All are applicable to the C-130J aircraft. The quantities are as follows: AN/ALR-56M shipset NSN 1680-K0-107-337AVM, P/N 333001-012: 10 - 50 each. LRU-10 Receiver Countermeasure NSN 5865-01-591-9809, P/N 333009-002: 1-30 each. LRU-5 Processor Countermeasure NSN 5865-01-463-1950, P/N 333006-006: 1-80 each. LRU-6 Control Receiver Countermeasure NSN 5865-01-495-1126, P/N 333007-003: 1-60 each. LRU-7 Receiver Countermeasure NSN 5865-01-324-7734, P/N 333008-000: 1-10 each. The delivery is 5 each per month beginning 18 months after receipt of an order. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE, Totowa NJ,CAGE 81413, under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
